Service Description

Joining the monthly coaching program provides one on one conversations and feedback for the duration of the time. It includes daily check-ins, conversations, journal/activity prompts and weekly coaching calls that last an hour unless more time is needed, the minimum is 4 hours. Areas of coaching include spiritual growth, love, career, family and personal development as well as the mourning of a life that we thought we'd live.
